It provides additional (2.5 x 1.2 x 2 x 3) + (40 x 1.2 x 3) + (15 x 1.2 x 3) + ((10 x 1.2 x 2) + 10) = 250 ly from synergy bonuses.
The 1550 + 250 = 1800 ly is then multiplied by the class multiplier specific to each freighter. With the maximum possible +80% bonus, 1800 x 1.8 = 3240 ly can be reached.
With the introduction of Freighter Hyperdrive Upgrade modules the maximum Freighter range increased to greater than 6,300 ly
